Pine Island Academy is a 190,000 square foot K-8 school constructed for the School District of St. Johns County. The constructed facility includes an administration wing, cafeteria, music wing and gymnasium along with two 3-story classroom areas. The facility also has an ultramodern energy management system, ice storage mechanical system and complete audio visual system with touchscreen smart boards in every classroom.
