The seven-story, 226 key hotel is a Marriott dual brand property that serves as the hospitality component of the Midtown Tampa mixed-use project. The hotel features a top level which includes full-height glass walled prefunction and flexible meeting space, restaurant, indoor/outdoor bar, and pool. The project also features a fitness center, and on the street level, a jump lobby for the hotel and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
