Key strategies for this success is offering continuing education and promoting from within. To help develop the best electricians around, the apprenticeship opportunities we offer new employees include programs from:

- Brevard Apprenticeship Program
We also work directly with the Career and Technical Education programs in St. Johns County, Florida high schools to implement an electrical program for workforce development.
