THE SALVADOR

We are proud to announce that we successfully completed our project at The Salvador in St Petersburg, Florida. In 2015 Owen Electric Company was awarded the Salvador Condos project.

Included in the electrical system was a 180 KW generator for back-up power to the building life safety systems.

The project was 192,848 square feet, consisting of 13 floors with 74 private condominium units, including (2) Penthouse suites on the 13th floor. There is a state-of-the-art amenity center along with a pool and dog play area on the 3rd floor.
